10 minutes before your appointment is great.
Yes, appointments are free!
60 minutes, including purchasing and of course, celebrating! Yay!
Please complete your email confirmation wedding registration form. A stylist will be calling to confirm prior to your appointment and to talk to you about your bridal style and wishes. This is extremely helpful for both of us. Knowing at least your silhouette (shape of the dress, like form-fitting, A-line, or ball gown) is extremely important before your appointment. This is not the time to figure out your bridal style - 60 minutes goes by fast, and we want the best outcome for you and your appointment! Also, please wear any undergarments that you intend to wear on your wedding day. Flats or flip flops are great for trying on dresses (and faster). - You can bring some heels if you want to see how your dress looks with them when saying yes to your dress, if you wish.
Covered drinks are fine - please keep them on the tables - not the floor please. No outside alcohol - A complimentary toast is provided when you say yes to your dress! We also have a snack table in case you need a little something - no hangry brides!

Yes, of course you can! We recommend it.
Yes, all sales are final and due to their likely being just one gown in that style and size, we cannot hold gowns as this would not be fair to our brides still shopping. When you're done shopping all gowns not purchased go back on the racks for other customers.
No, our off the rack gowns are first come first serve. But you can purchase over the phone or electronically.
No - Since we sell many gowns each week off the rack from our outlet we do not post them all on our website - but you can see many of them on our weekly instagram posts. :)
We recommend you choose one to four special people who know your personality, your bridal style and those who will listen to your opinion without overstating theirs. Be true to yourself and your wedding dream. Your stylist will be a big advocate for you as well. It's what we do! Just a suggestion - if someone is helping you pay for your gown - talk to them beforehand about finances and who's paying for what, etc. - and if you have questions regarding payment policies and options please just ask your stylist - it's what we do too!
